HCI expertise/services: I provide user-centred design and usability services based on a wealth of experience of practical software engineering as well as a theoretical background in HCI. I have written and presented user interface design courses to commercial developers in the UK and US. I am also an experienced OO designer and developer specializing in UML and C++.
