| HCI expertise/services: | Rosemary has been involved in the usability of IT solutions for over 30 years. She has provided usability consultancy to many organisations across all market sectors throughout Europe and in Hong Kong, balancing user experience issues with business objectives and technical constraints. Rosemary's work ranges from usability reviews and user-based testing of IT products and applications – on a wide variety of platforms, including portable and mobile – to defining a strategy for providing usability input to IT development, and implementing the strategy by providing management and usability skills to support the client. This can often include producing and delivering User-Centred Design education programmes to the project stakeholders and the development team. Her areas of work cover both in-house and public facing systems, for traditional applications and e-commerce - B2B and B2C. She has often led the product design team, translating usability test findings into design recommendations, and communicating the resulting architecture and interaction designs to the development team.
